Had my new patient appt today with Dorothy Volz. She is pure gold. Pure solid gold. The girls at the front desk spent over half an hour getting me and the kids transfered over. My appointment was an hour long. Dorothy was the absolute best provider I think I have ever seen! She listened, genuinely listened. She respected me as a patient and a mom I left feeling so happy and relieved that I switched us !!

Dr. Lisa, Dorothy Volz, and the other staff have always been very helpful. They are always great about getting my sick kids same day appointments even if it's in the geneva location. They truly care about their patients.

Practice consistently runs an hour behind for pediatric appointments. No regard for families’ time availability, patience of small children. Never an apology or explanation, or ideally, process improvement to stay on time.

He never worries about the children's well being and doesn't check his emails regularly to make sure their prescriptions are called in in time to make sure they don't go without for days at a time...very frustrating and unprofessional!!!
