Lattimore Physical Therapy of Penn Yan

Everyone at Lattimore, physical therapy, has always very been kind professional & understanding. I have been a patient with Lattimore physical therapy since 2021. They have helped me recover from a full hip replacement, knee pain , both of my feet have had surgical procedures. Big thank you to all the friendly staff who have been with me since the beginning. I had such an amazing experience at Lattimore. I had very bothersome neck and shoulder issues that I had been to my primary care doctor, a chiropractor, and a massage therapist for, but nothing compared to how much better I felt after just my first visit. It’s a very welcoming and clean environment, and the team there is fantastic; everyone works together like a well-oiled machine. They’re all very friendly and genuinely care about helping you get better. I worked primarily with Brittany and Tori and they took the time to get to know me, what my goals were, and made sure I understood what I needed to do and how I could improve my regime so I could get better faster. Their encouragement kept me motivated throughout my treatment. I can't believe that I'm completely pain free after just one

The PT's here are great! I got exactly what I needed. Matt was very thorough for my evaluation and the treatment has been extremely effective. I have the skills and knowledge to continue my progress and hopefully prevent future issues. Their hours are flexible - some days as early as 7 am and other days as late as 7 pm. The atmosphere is friendly and fun, but professional. As a patient, my visits there are interesting - some familiar routine, some challenging changes, targeted massage and "homework assignments." Thank you for your help!

Personnel are professional and organized. Pleasant and uplifting. The therapists all compliment each other being sure you are doing the motions correctly.

Following shoulder surgery, I did my PT with Lattimore PT at their Penn Yan location. What a great professional team. The entire staff is very friendly & helpful. Each day started with a warm welcome from Jaime - what better way to start the session. The professional guidance I received from Jay, Dawn, & Jeff was outstanding! The transition between them was seamless &, with their help, I made great progress getting back to having a normal shoulder function. This is a highly recommended location for PT.
