Was an existing patient for Dr. Severson and waited a year for my next appointment. Showed up and was scheduled with a PA. That would have been fine, but I asked how I’m supposed to schedule an appointment with the doctor and make sure I see her when I arrive. They said I made the appointment with the PA. Well, that did not happen and I was already a patient of Dr Severson. I said I would schedule the next appointment with Severson then and they told me that is not allowed. So, how do I go from being Severson’s patient to not being allowed to see her? The receptionist accused me of calling her a liar when I explained what happened to me. Took absolutely no responsibility for the screw up. BAD STAFF.
