Booked a massage 7 months out, one month before my massage it was canceled with no reasoning just an email stating it was canceled, no call or anything else. Very poor customer service.

Had good massages, but my experience dealing with the owner was beyond awful after they canceled one of my appointments without giving me notice. Unprofessional and childish. I quote "I will not be arguing with you over email anymore." Doesn't seem to understand that customer service is part of your job as a business owner. I never used foul language and respectfully explained the situation.

I never wanted a massage to end until this one. I am not sure who gave me a massage but it was not very good. My 10 year old gives better massages. I will definitely not be going back.
