R&R Pharmacy Jerome

Walked in and immediatly was able tonget my prescrotption filled. Very nice and friendly service.

We use R&R to manage medications for a long term care facility. They have been wonderful to work with and you can tell Jason cares about his customers. We send a lot of specific and often changing orders and they do the best they can to ensure we get what we need for our residents. They often go the extra mile for specialized products we may need. Also, they bubble package and deliver!! Thank you!

The pharmacy itself is fine. If you are looking to get medical equipment, don’t even bother. My insurance no longer sends out physical copies of their cards. Haven’t in years. They insinuated I’m a liar and that they wouldn’t help me. Never talked to such incompetent people in my life.

I usually go to Wendell Pharmacy for all my medications.. but because Wendell Pharmacy doesn't make compounds I went to R and R Pharmacy.. it took them overnight to fill my prescription.. when I went in to pick it up the lady who assisted me ask me if I was paying "cash or credit ".. I explained that I had Medicaid.. she said that it wasn't covered thru Medicaid.. I apologized because I wasn't aware of it.. then she said in a rude and condescending manner that compounds are not covered by Medicaid, which I had no knowledge about.. I apologized again.. I will never go back to R and R Pharmacy because of how unkind and judgemental they were.. I recommend that nobody ever do business with R and R Pharmacy!!!

Excellent customer service. We were vacationing in Jerome with family and had to fill some prescriptions. They worked with us and our out-of-state provider to get it managed. Thank you!
