They turned me away and someone else after me because I was not black according to the jacklyn. She said this place isnt for me and my kids but the person before me was treated way nicer.

My Daughter has been a patient since birth, and she is now ten years old. The professionalism and customer service has always been high end but the most important gesture of humanity is the fact each and every staff member including Doctor has become an extended part of our family!

Had an appointment here last week for my daughter this would have been our first visit but unfortunately we were late. Our appointment was at 9 when they first open the office was completely empty and we arrived around 9:15am. It’s Miami there was an accident that morning so we were stuck in traffic. The receptionist was very unfriendly when we walked inside she already looked aggravated and did not even greet us. She told me she’d already removed my daughter off the schedule and she has no space for her to be seen today. Again the office was completely empty waiting room empty they’d just opened. I asked her to reschedule the appt which she also seemed annoyed to do. I will not be returning and i do not care too. The doctor has good reviews but the office staff needs some customer service

Not a place to bring your children to. They are careless

My kids are new patients of the office and as soon as we arrived, the office staff was nice and the office was clean. I am really happy with Dr. Danisha and how welcoming she is. She took her time with my kids and answered all my questions and concerns. Really happy I came upon this office! Highly recommend!
