Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation always goes above and beyond my expectations. The staff and nurses really care about the patients in the Rehabilitation facility there as well as the residents in the nursing home. My mom has been in the nursing home part for about 2 years now. When I first went into the facility for the first time, I was like, "WOW"! Their customer service is excellent! The nurses, coworkers, and staff are always helpful and it is obvious that they truly care about all of the residents and patients that they take care of. Their food is excellent and one is able to share dinner with their loved ones. That is wonderful and it brings lots and lots of smiles. Horrible,Horrible place. This isn't the 1st time a friend or close family member has had an awful experience. A friend's husband was admitted yesterday. Today was served for lunch 1 slice of bologna on stale bread,waiting 3 + hours for a pain pill today. When his daughter went to pick him up,of course AMA, 4 Nursing assistants were sitting at the desk eating chicken wings,when asked for a wheelchair because he can't walk long distances,they refused,stating AMA patients can't use facility equipment. As a retired nurse I find all of this highly unprofessional. This patients wife and my very best friend from nursing school who just passed away in Nov,was absolutely one of the best nurses I've known. I just have to say that during an extremely difficult time When my mom became ill and needed a place to stay, Royal Suites admissions team guided me in getting my mom a comfortable place to stay when she needed 24 hour care. Any questions I had with insurance, Medicaid and her care were always answered in a caring and helpful way. My mom was clean and well taken care of. We were always greeted so well by the staff. I highly recommend this if you have a loved one in need of care. Most importantly, Joe Bird was so professional and helpful and answered my questions with care and understanding. He is an amazing asset to the Royal Suites team.

I was only at Royal Suites for 3 weeks for Physical therapy. Everyone was so nice. Treated there patients like human beings the way we should have been treated. The rehab was very veryclean never an odor or smell of any kind. The housekeeping kept the rooms very clean the Administrativor often walked the hall n answered lights n made sure everything was kept in order. I had excellent nurses n aides. I want to name several aides that were my aides n deserve to be recognized for the exceptional job they did. There names are Lisa, Maria and Sheeba. There was one aide I did not get along with. The way she spoke her patients her tone was terrible. The first two nights I was there I had her n it only got worse so I spoke to the charge Nurse on duty n never had or saw her again. Her name

We just recently visited our relative on the 1st floor. It was so nice to see the residents having a great time in the activity programs. The activity aides were fun and entertaining! Our experience with the nursing staff was great. They were all very kind and accommodating. It was a nice visit and we left knowing that our loved one is being taken care of.
