Dr Puchalsky and his staff are extraordinary. I had a lot of fear going in, knowing there was so much dental work to be done. They were so compassionate and empathetic, talking me through each step with patience and kindness. Besides the novacaine needle (which is always the worst part) each procedure was pain free and healed beautifully. I can now smile fully, without feeling self conscious, it's amazing. I am so grateful. Now that I've found them, I can't imagine going anywhere else. I would recommend Smithville Smiles to anyone who will listen. Thank you again!

Dr. Puchalsky and his team are caring professionals who have always taken great care of me. They make me feel comfortable and I have total respect and confidence in them. I have never had any problem getting an appointment. This is especially important in case of emergency. Every one in this group works well together to make my experience a pleasure.

It’s always stressful when you leave a long-term dentist for a new one. But my stress was quickly relieved. Dr. Puchalsky and the entire staff made me feel like I had been going there for years. I needed some moderately extensive work due to my own lack of attention. Not only was the work done well and as painless as possible…but they didn’t make me feel embarrassed for neglecting my teeth. The entire office is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this office without hesitation.

Dr. Puchalsky is the absolute best. He is a caring, highly competent, and very experienced dentist. His patient, gentle demeanor along with his funny sense of humor is extremely comforting to me. His staff is excellent as well, and always warm, welcoming and accommodating. I truly appreciate the wonderful care I have received. Plus the office itself is really lovely, updated and clean. Overall, Smithville Smiles is an exceptional dental practice that I highly recommend.

I have not been to the dentist for many years due to being afraid, but due to mouth pain, I broke down and started to do research via many social media outlets and by word of mouth Dr. Puchalsky at Smithville Smiles came highly recommended, so I made my appointment. I had terrible anxiety the entire week leading up to my appointment. When I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk staff who were very nice, very welcoming. I waited a few minutes, and then was escorted down the hall, where Dr. Puchalsky came in and greeted me. I expressed how anxious I was and he talked me off the ledge. He made me smile, made me laugh and made me feel very comfortable. I still have anxiety when going, but he and his staff make you feel comfortable and at ease.
