We stopped using Royal pharmacy because Julia was unnecessarily rude, judgmental and flat out lied about state law, made it beyond stressful to fill a non narcotic prescription when we were having issues with our insurance switch from federal employee to postal employee insurance, flat out refuses to let us pay cash for the prescription demanding that it was against state and federal law to fill it for cash when we had insurance when in fact it's the EXACT opposite, it's state and federal law that says we have the RIGHT to pay cash because lot of times it's actually cheeper, and when I showed her that she was wrong she became unbelievably rude raising her voice and telling me it's her store and can run it how she wants ... VERY unprofessional and would never recommend ANYONE to go there
