It was my third cleaning at this Dentistry and first time that Andrea was my dental hygienist. It was a longer cleaning than usual and felt a much harder scraping than normal on my teeth. When I got home I noticed that were there spots that looked to be scraped harder and deeper than normal. Not sure how she didn’t see it afterwards or showed me how they looked after the cleaning. I waited over 20 mins for them to call me for my appointment after my scheduled time and had another appointment to go to so was in a bit of a hurry to leave and didn’t check my teeth until I got home later in the day. Also didn’t seem right when Andrea was trying to push certain things to get quoted and was more of a salesperson rather than a genuine dental hygienist.The front staff were exceptional with their h

I’ve been a patient at this office for over 10 years, including before the transition to the current dentist. When the previous dentist moved, I chose to stay. Yesterday, I showed up for a routine cleaning that had been scheduled for over six months, only to be told my appointment was given away because I didn’t confirm it over the phone. At no point in the texts or voicemails was it stated that failing to confirm would result in cancellation. This policy was never communicated. After arranging childcare and taking time out of my day, being turned away was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first issue since the transition. The dental hygienist was great and knowledgeable, and she cleaned my teeth and gave me plenty of info on why and how she was cleaning! Dr Nibha Mediraha was very accommodating!! Nadia and Chanti you made my appointment, stress-free🤗 The front office staff was very professional and very nice. I really enjoyed my time at Royal Oaks dental care!!! Great job, everyone!

Great visit as always. Andrea, dental hygienist is so sweet and explains what she is doing along the way. Easy to talk to. The doctor and staff are always so pleasant to be around.
