Royal massage

So my wife and I came here for a couples massage, and let me tell you it was fantastic, my wife throughly enjoyed it as did I. The two masseuses were highly skilled and very knowledgeable on the pressure points and ways to relieve tired stressed muscles. I forget The two ladies names and I apologize for that, but when I go back with my wife, I will get their names and then post that information but if you’re in the area, I’d definitely go there. Its a great massage and well worth the price which is very economical in these trying times.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked a 30-minute massage but did not receive the full time. The therapist kept leaving the room multiple times during the session, which was disruptive and unprofessional. I specifically asked her not to leave the door open, but she continued to do so, which felt very disrespectful and made it hard to relax. The quality of the massage was also poor. I clearly communicated that I needed help releasing muscle knots, but instead of focusing on those areas, she just kept doing light rubbing with no real pressure or technique. Unfortunately, I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed. I would not return or recommend this scary place.

This is first and worst experience in this place . I called ahead to inquire about payment options and mentioned that this was my first massage in this area since I recently moved. I also tried to explain where my pain was so the therapist could focus on those areas, but she refused, speaking to me in a harsh tone. At first, the pressure was too hard, but it eventually got better. However, there was no communication and respect from her throughout the session—no check-ins, no adjustments based on what I was saying, just her doing things her own way without considering my input. For some reason, the pain level evaluation sheet was placed at the reception, so it was essentially useless.
