Royal Falmouth Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Things were missing when I came to collect my father's belongings after his death. Management and staff swore up and down the items were in the bag of his belongings I was given; and quickly became dismissive. I stood in the lobby for over an hour waiting for someone to come speak with me. Why would I say things were missing if they weren't? I wasn't looking for money, just the things in question. It hurts to this day.

Have always loved the royal company. But this building is by far my favorite with the loving staff and super helpful open door policy. I walked in lost but the administrator and nursing director office are right next to the door so I had help right as I walked in. Definitely recommend this place to people looking for nursing homes.

This facility is very clean and professionally run. The administrator is top notch . She has an open door policy, any problem you have she will handle it until you are satisfied . Outstanding!!

Amazing staff, as soon as I walked in the door the communication was amazing. The administrator helped me so much and was so welcoming. Absolutely loved the open door policy is so cool and helpful. Love everything about this place.
