Kind and compassionate. Went above and beyond for my 93 year old mother on hospice. Addressed her pain and didn’t go overboard. So thankful!

My son had an accident at summer camp that resulted in his 2 front teeth being knocked out. The camp called this office and they called me back with an appointment that afternoon. The staff was amazing and so kind creating a warm comforting environment for my 11 year that just went through something so traumatic. Dr. Grimes was awesome and continued to keep things as light and comfortable as possible and placed his teeth back in with a splint. We were given very detailed information so were fully educated on what was happening, what to expect and how to move forward. He then called twice to check on him the next day. I cant say enough nice things about this office and am so grateful for the amazing and immediate care they provided. Highly reccomended!!

Dr. Latimer and his entire team are incredible. I went yesterday for what was my 5th (don't ask) tooth extraction and implant. Although this was my first with Dr. Latimer. From the initial consultation and preparation I saw a difference in the preparation, technology and thoroughness. Nevertheless I was very worried about this extraction and bone graft based on past experience. I was also a bit nervous about the conscious sedation they offered because I never had it with other extractions. The process itself was a breeze. I was impressed by the team involved in my prep and extraction; I think there were 6 or so staff in and out. When I came to I felt great. To my astonishment, as I write this review on the following morning, I have NO swelling, bleeding or even pain. In my past 4 procedure

Doctor Latimer and his surgical team were kind, calm, gentle and professional. Front office staff were less so. The person who called us to tell us what time to come in made a mistake and told us to come in an hour earlier than she should have. A less than warm apology was given. Five hours after we left, and two phone calls later, our pain medication finally got called in to our pharmacy. I asked to pay the bill before my husband came out of recovery so that I could give him my full attention but I was told I had to wait. So, while trying to help my traumatized husband check out, the staff took my credit and ran it without going over the final charges with me first. They overcharged me by $500 which we would have caught before leaving if they just done a better job with timing on thei
