Sucks to write this because i have been going here for a couple years. This office has cancelled my cleanings multiple times over the last year, including twice within the last month (doctor not in + weather). My appointment was rescheduled for Feb 9, 2026. I needed to reschedule and tried calling and texting the office, but no one responded. The next day I received an automated $50 missed appointment charge. When the office finally returned my call two days later, I asked if the missed appointment fee could be removed due to the lack of response and the office’s repeated cancellations. This place did not provide me a good cleaning. Of all the cleanings I have had, this is the first in which it was actually painful. Normally there is a bit of discomfort, but this was different. It seemed like the hygienist was in a rush because she did not have any regard for my gums or lips when she was scraping. She ended up scraping my gums and lips so badly that I still feel pain at the end of the day. With all that pain, my teeth do not even feel cleaner. Normally when you get a cleaning, you leave feeling your teeth with less plaque and gunk that brushing doesn’t remove. In addition to that the flossing she did was very quick and not thorough at all. Update: Very professional practice and service, fully bilingual personnel to ensure great communication between provider and patient. Personnel make sure you understand your options for treatment and the procedures are done in a timely manner. Highly recommend it

I used to do my cleaning every 3 months for 160usd and the service was great until today the receptionist want me to do my hole treatment( some fillers) that will cost me more that 1000 usd before my next appointment, so I tried to explain her that I can’t made right now because money but I will do it between cleanings on 2026, but she doesn’t care at all and then she said she is NOT going to schedule any more cleanings until I made all the other treatments, I feel very disappointed with this threats!! Its like I have to pay whatever they said and the way they want otherwhise they denied the regular service. I’m not sure if this is right with a customer but I feel very disappointed.
