From the security at the front desk to the nurses and doctors that seem me...... Everyone was helpful and considerate. the doctor was very informative and did a great job diagnosis my issue. The nurse seemed understanding and didn't I ceake me feel less than. I had a great experience today. Yes it was a wait but it is a freaking ER what do you expect. Thank you ladies and fellas for all your help today!!!

Dr. Walkenstein PCP at Roxborough Primary Care is the best. She’s quick and efficient, I have been seen right on time every time I’ve been there. She never comments on my BMI, only focuses on actual health markers such as blood work, blood pressure, heart and lung sounds. She listens to my concerns & opinions and is extremely personable and knowledgeable. She treats the whole body - at my first visit to her last year she asked about my mental health and took the time to hear my entire story of traumatic events & grief I had been through in the previous year and asked questions. She also responds so quickly on MyChart whenever I ask questions or request prescription refills. I highly recommend her, especially for women.

They made me very comfortable. Everyone was nice as soon as I walked in. From the security guard to the triage nurse to the nurse I. The back and the doctors. They moved quickly and got me out within 2 hours. The care they took with me was amazing!!! I would definitely recommend and if I need to go to a hospital I will be going back

I was given the option of going to one of two hospitals. I opted for Roxborough Hospital to have a chest X-ray because it is situated near both my primary doctor's office and my residence. The visit was a pleasant experience. There was no wait time on registration and was taken directly back for the chest x-ray.

The staff right up until seeing the doctor was excellent. My intake was thorough however the doctor I saw Dr. Lopez-Islas lacked bedside manner. I felt like my concerns were brushed off and reduced to a simple headache. I had to request that additional imaging be done because if not she was ready to just send me home. I got no answers as to the cause of my medical concern. There was no explanation as to why it happened, how to prevent it or what to do if it happened again. Doctors like the one I had are the reason I hate going to hospitals. It’s like unless you are critically injured you get no real compassion or concern. My nurse was more concerned. It was also made clear by a staff member that this hospital provides bottom of the barrel service. I will say the gentlemen who performed my
