Dr. Zandi is great. I have been going here for years and I have always had a pleasant experience.

I am very disappointed with this office, I did not miss an appointment before, however I was so busy and completely forgot about the appointment, the lady on the phone told me she will call me back to reschedule my appointment in six months and never called me back. By looking at other comments seems to be their way to dealing with a cancellation. If they can't take a cancelation they should not be in business as LIFE HAPPENS TO EVERYONE. About the service I received in the office, was ok but not exceptional or anything that I can get else where.

I've been seeing Dr. Zandi for 20 years now, since my teeth started coming in, and I've never had a bad experience. even as I got older and started to develop health/dr anxiety (due to unrelated things), she showed me empathy and worked with me and my comfort level. Vicky at the front is always a joy to talk to and always does what she can to help. Every single one of the people who work here are wonderful, kind and treat me with the utmost respect. I recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Zandi and her staff are excellent. I find Dr. Zandi to be very knowledgeable and offer me and my family a variety of options for certain dental WORK. There is no pressure to make a quick decision and enough information to weigh options. The staff is pleasant and work efficiently together. that needs to be performed.

VEry unprofessional & Indifferent I had a few instances of unprofessional behavior, 1) I was being worked on and Dr Zandi left for almost 20 min with gunk in my mouth, She came back later and apologized, but clearly she didn't leave to address an emergency 2) I came for an appointment only to be told to come later. Dr Zandi had a remodeling contractor, which took precedence over me. 3) I went to see Dr Zandi complaining of severe tooth ache. Instead of checking on that she first did a cleaning and when I asked about the pain Dr Zandi said, you might need a crown, which the insurance does not cover. I was in a lot of pain and it was clearly because I needed a root canal, however Dre Zandi never mentioned about that possibility. Teh next day I saw an orthodontist (Dr Roohi Ebtahaj), who was
