Desk staff are not very proactive. They ask me for a referral every time I visit and they are unwilling to coordinate with my primary care physician. My plan does not require a referral (which they should know) but all they seem to be interested in is taking my money and getting me to signing an acknowledgement that I have to pay if insurance doesn't cover the visit. I understand they dont want to be stiffed but they should be willing to help solve the problem instead of dumping it on the patient/customer. They are supposed to be the experts in their field. Medical personnel are very nice, helpful and qualified. Followup: I am very impressed that the company gave me a call and acknowledged the error and used this as a learning opportunity for their team. My confidence in this operation

I have been seeing Jodi Dube for a number of years, and have now followed her to this new location. She is extremely helpful, pro-active and thorough. I highly recommend her!

I would recommend AP Derm for all your skin care needs. The staff is super friendly and very informed. They speak in layman’s terms and make sure you feel comfortable with what is being discussed. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know
