Rowley Animal Hospital

We’ve been bringing our puppy, Penny, to Rowley Animal Hospital since we adopted her, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she’s received. She came from difficult circumstances before rescue and needed some extra attention, but the entire team has been incredibly attentive and thorough every step of the way. Dr. Diboot is exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes time to explain everything clearly and truly looks out for the animals in her care. Penny has gone from a timid pup in a muddy ditch outside of Houston to a healthy, strong, and fully vaccinated girl! We now bring our older dog, Diego, here as well. He’s always been anxious at the vet, but this is the first place where he seems at ease. The office is never overcrowded and everything flows seamlessly. Front desk

I wish we found this practice years ago! Everyone in the office is so caring and compassionate. We recently had to euthanize our very much loved family cat, and they came to our house which made the entire experience easier for all of us. They even sent us a beautiful plant and a card signed by the entire office, such an unexpected and kind gesture I will not forget.

I am so extremely happy with the care of my sweet Bonnie dog. Dr. DiBoot and her staff are so very caring and a wonderful example of how pet care should be. Dr. DiBoot herself is very knowledgeable and kind. She is able to assess situations with alacrity. Bonnie is very happy with her care and is getting better by the day. Update to the response I received from this review: So glad to hear you have an excellent practice with loyal clients- you’re right I’m not sure what your service or care is like or who is “better” so I did redact that from my review, but either way my experience was not a positive one as a potential client. My review was honest and did mention I haven’t been there and is warning others that the deposit is truly non-refundable despite showing up, being on time, and/or canceling months ahead. See below. Unfortunately, like you mentioned, animal hospitals are businesses so reviews do matter to the customer if there is no one recommending through “word of mouth” especially for someone new to the area. They have thus far been great at taking care of our three dogs. They are treated like family. The staff seem genuinely nice and concerned for your pet’s welfare. Dr. DiBoot is an exceptional practitioner and always makes times to address our questions and seems to value our input, and the subjective things we mention, which was challenging at our last vet. Also shoutout to Matt , all the great techs, and the lovely staff up front. Highly recommend this team.
