This animal hospital saved my LoLo - an 80lb Am Staff - when she suffered from Pyometra at 9 years old in 2019. They euthanized her yesterday at 15. The staff is incredibly sweet, understanding, loving. They accommodated me and LoLo in an emergency. They gave her peanut butter and Hershey’s Kisses to enjoy before her final moment and praised her beauty. They remembered her. This is an excellent animal hospital. The doctors and aides really care about their patients. Highly recommended.
Dr. Hafeez and the staff at Round Lake Hospital are amazing! They have taken excellent care of my three fur babies. They are passionate in what they do. I highly recommend them.
I called Round Lake Animal Hospital this morning hoping to get my dog seen because she was sick. I knew a same-day appointment was a long shot, but they were able to fit us in at 10 AM. From the very first phone call, every staff member was calm, warm, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Our veterinarian, Ali Shahzad, DVM, was extremely professional and compassionate, and the care we received felt supportive and efficient from start to finish. The entire experience was comfortable and reassuring. Calm, warm, professional care from each staff member. 10/10 would recommend Round Lake Animal Hospital.
Dr. Ali and the friendly team at Round Lake Animal Hospital are truly exceptional !!! Dr. Ali is incredibly thorough with his care, always taking time to explain everything and make sure you feel completely at ease. Beyond his professionalism what stands out most is his courteous nature and generous heart. You can tell he truly cares about both pets and their families. The whole atmosphere feels like you are with a trusted neighbor doctor/ team, with a warm family style vibe. I couldn’t ask for a better place to bring our girls (,who are my world)!
Belle always gets the best care and love from Round Lake Animal Hospital! She loves the staff and so do I! They dressed her up for Halloween when I picked her up from boarding. She loves it there!
