CVS Pharmacy

They have installed massive input screens at pharmacy. Way too big to block private info input (name, month/day of birth) and the scripts as they ring up!! Egads, I will never return. Hint to CVS, how about you just ask for a phone number like everyone else? Yikes. I love shopping at CVS. I am always happy to find some great deals and different products and selection then all the other typical drug stores. I also had a great experience last time I was there. The staff was willingly there to help me when I had questions and the pharmacy was slammed but they still were polite and working diligently to keep the line moving. I was very happy with the overall experience.

I was at the pharmacy and had other items that I was purchasing as well. my coupons and discounts on the mobile app weren't showing up on the screen and my total was 59 something. The pharmacy tech told me that's what it is with the discounts so I requested for her to start over because I think its because I had already put my number in then added the coupons. She called someone from the front to cancel the transaction. When the person came to the pharmacy to assist she walked through the swinging door and let it swing back and hit my stroller with my 4 month old inside of it. It wacked my stroller really hard it.
