Rothman Orthopaedics - Hamilton Walk-In Center

Totally irresposible, rude and ruthless people working here. In morning they told you can come, when Arrived at facility they took all details and told me to come back at 2:45 as they are running busy after waiting 1 hour. Around 1 pm they call me say they cant see my daughter as they dont see patient for lower back issues under 13. While i have wasted my entire day for their visit. Totally useless and rediculus people and staff. They dont care and have mercy for children. I am going to write to senetor for this careless practices.. people with insurance dont get treatment than who the hell are you treating. Does doctors forgot they take oath to treat humans and children need some attention? Are you guys even consider your self healthcare provider?

Turn and burn place. They are more interested in getting new patients in the rooms then helping the ones in them. The doctor was in and out in 2 minutes. It took them 2 days to call my prescription in correctly....A PRESCRIPTION. I was in pain for 2 days because they didn't know what doctor was on call to ok the prescription. Never again will I go to any Rothman.

Do not go here! They billed us erroneously for over $500 saying that we didn’t have a referral. We absolutely had a referral and they confirmed this multiple times on the phone. Then weeks later, we get another invoice for the same amount. Call again, they confirm it is a mistake and they consider the matter resolved. Now, about a year later we get a message that the debt has been handed off to a collection agency. Again, we should never have been billed in the first place. But through sheer incompetence of their billing staff we are now being chased for money we never really owed. So frustrating! Seriously, go to Princeton Orthopedic Associates instead. These guys are useless!

Turn and burn. Front desk has phones turned off communication suffers, appts canceled within 5 m of their times , everyone's stressed for no reason. Bad policy creates bad employees. Don't blame them

We made an appointment for10:30 in advance and did not see the doctor until 3:00 (4.5 hours) with no real explanation for the delay. Overbooked and crowded! Complete disregard for the patients who scheduled. Perhaps they could notify people when this situation arises, so the patrons can decide to reschedule.
