Lucky for me, they’re in-network with my insurance, and I booked an appointment right then and there. His passion for dentistry is evident, and he truly takes the time to ensure patients feel at ease and informed. The office itself is beautiful, welcoming, and impeccably clean. Dr. Ruiz used an intraoral camera to take photos, which was extremely helpful in understanding the treatment process. He carefully reviewed the before-and-after images, clearly explaining the work that was done and the improvements made. Loved my experience with Whitehorse dental. I've been with an extremely large practice previously and was looking for something smaller. Making an appointment was a breeze, the office is clean and welcoming; and the equipment was state of the art. Dr. Ruiz was friendly and professional. He explained every step of the visit thoroughly. Loved that he showed me my xrays and explained areas of concern, and why they were concerns. Felt at ease the entire visit which isn't always the case during a dental exam.
