DISAPPOINTING FIRST IMPRESSION I called this dental office today hoping to become a new patient because I’d seen so many great reviews, but unfortunately my experience with the front desk specifically Jackie wasn’t very pleasant. When I explained that my insurance had just kicked in and that I was covered, she immediately dismissed me, insisting that “not all the time it is.” I tried to clarify and even offered to provide my insurance information, but she told me I’d have to come into the office first. Later, she mentioned that I could send my information in something she could’ve just told me from the start. The tone throughout the conversation was very sarcastic and passive-aggressive. Just had my first appointment with Dr. Rothfield! I had my maintenance X-rays and cleaning and am SO impressed by how lovely everyone was. What a wonderful first visit experience! So glad I live so close and have found my home dentist. Jackie, Kim, Dr. Rothfield, and the lovely tech who helped get me set up were the epitome of customer service!

Dr. Rothfield is amazing. I’m 74 years old and my front teeth were chipping and cracking. I was ashamed to show my teeth when smiling. At one point a Dentist told me I needed to have jaw surgery. But not Dr. Rothfield. She worked miracles on my teeth. She is a perfectionist and I’m so very happy. See photos below.
