This dental practice is, without a doubt, the finest I have ever encountered. The dedication and care exhibited by every member of the staff are truly exceptional and evident in their service. My family consistently travels from Gettysburg to receive their care. I cannot commend them highly enough. My previous experiences with dental care during my military service were largely negative; however, this team has completely transformed my perspective through their compassionate and gentle approach.

I'm so glad we started going to Dr Tim years ago. Him and his staff are so great with my 6 years old from the start. My brother start taking his 3 year old here as well. I'm not sharing the name of our hygienist either, only because I don't want her schedule to be booked up because she is top tier!

This was my dentist for years. Roenigk has become more driven by money, then realizing the human factor. Continues to systematically eliminated insurance carriers, eventually everyone will be self pay For those of us who have job, with good income no problem. I feel sorry for those that don’t. Also the office staff is becoming rude and less skilled. While building a new office is nice, this office should realize not everyone can support self paying for your new office. Second issue routine cleaning are being scheduled every 8-9 months, not q6 month. Not a good practice. Maybe they should hire help. I have never been so sad to leave a dental office. Unfortunately, after 16 years they are no longer able to take our insurance. My children have grown up with Dr. Tim as their dentist and he has been nothing short of amazing with them. I would recommend him to others in a heartbeat! My girls fought every time, over who got to see Miss Carol first for their teeth cleaning. Lindsay was always fantastic too! Thank you for being wonderful providers for the past 15+ years.

Dr Roth is the best! My family and I have come here for about 25 years. I’ve never used another dentist since moving to New Freedom in 1989. The only thing I dislike is being made to feel like a bad little kid because I couldn’t make my last appointment. I realize 24 hour notice is required and I didn’t want to miss, but at the last minute I had no way to get there. As I was rescheduling, (after I was told, “we require 24 hours notice for cancellations”, she reluctantly rescheduled me and was rather rude. It made me feel guilty like I was some horrible person. At this point in my life, I don’t need nor want to be treated this way. I guess I’m getting old but the girls that used to answer the phone were always so nice and very friendly and the front desk was always a friendly atmosphere b
