Similar billing issues that others have had. The hospital claim was processed perfectly, but Roswell Radiology had incorrect insurance information on file for me. I changed it twice through their online system, called, etc., but by the time they filed the claim, it was denied for not being submitted in a timely manner. They sent me to collections and I have now had three conversations with reps saying it was not my fault, ignore the collections letters, and they will resolve the situation. My original date of service was 5/26/17, and today is 10/9/2018. The situation is still not resolved. I am extremely frustrated and researching how to get this taken care of!

This is a horrible organization. My father had scans done while at North Fulton Hospital. They never sent an invoice or contacted insurance about payment. The first I heard about a balance due from these people is when a collection agency reached out. I contacted Roswell Radiology directly, and they said they would file insurance and get back to me. Two months later, the same collection agency contacted me saying that insurance covered only partial payment and that there was still a balance due. I then contacted Roswell Radiology again, who stated that due to non-payment, the issue was turned over to collections. This company has a HORRIBLE billing department. I was in an auto accident 7 months ago and they attempted to bill my primary insurance 3 times after I told them to bill the auto insurance. There is no person to talk to at Roswell Radiology Associates however I have been calls from a call center in India asking for payment. My insurance company keeps telling me the reason they are denied payment is that they do not submit the proper documentation. I hope if I ever need to have Radiology services again, it is not from this company

The radiology service was fine, but their billing is a disaster. They filed my claims wrong - secondary first, primary second, so neither paid. I gave them correct info, and they screwed it up again. Finally refiled correctly, but it was over the one-year limit, so Tricare would not pay - not my fault, but then they sent it to collections. I have been available and corresponding the whole time, and they even admit they messed it up, but I am STILL in collections. Very frustrating...

I sent them what I owed - received a check back!! $11.16 is what the bill is. Two months later I get another bill for $11.16 - so I'm thinking - yep they found the bill. So I sent $11.16. Now I'm getting calls right and left from a collection agency!!! I pay my bills. I paid the bill in the first place and they returned my payment. At any rate, it's paid - it's on my bank account - they processed it and got $11.16. But I've told our doctor's office at North Fulton - we will not be going there again. Refer us to someone else.
