My wife's doctor sent our prescription here and gave us a flyer that said they'd ship it to us the next day. We paid for the medicine the same day, but it took them 2+ days to ship. Then the crappy delivery company they used never delivered it. Should have just gone with Walgreens. The only thing they did quickly was take our money.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary this time. My dermatologist’s office automatically sends prescriptions here, and I’ve had issues almost every time. The staff who answer the phone are often extremely rude, cutting me off before I can even ask a question. The level of disorganization and unprofessionalism is shocking. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand the insurance process. When I asked them to submit a prior authorization, they were very short with me and told me I’d hear back in a week or two. Two weeks went by with no update. When I finally received a call saying they had heard back from my insurance, I returned the call—only to be told by someone else that they were still waiting to hear back. Pharmacist is nice and helpful in helping talk to doctor about alternatives if rx is not covered fully by insurance. But office communication is lacking. They don’t call you back when they say they will. Also, they route you through NimbleRx app to check out which charges you a service fee, even for pickup. No service fees at a grocery store pharmacy. They don’t make it known/obvious that you can just pay at office when you pick up.

Beware of price gauging! They ran our prescriptions through the "home delivery" portion of our insurance instead of the regular insurance coverage and the costs were triple!

I received a phone call from this pharmacy after I contacted Goodman dermatology. My message said for me to pick up my prescription here. I drove from Canton to Roswell to pick up my prescription and when I arrived, they told me that they did not have my prescription. I told them that I had received a message from them. They asked to see my phone. I told them that I had deleted the message, but that I had picked up my prescription here before. They told me that they no longer carried this medication. Then they told me that the medication was at prestige pharmacy. I asked why prestige pharmacy could have the medication when the Roswell pharmacy told me that the medication was no longer being made. The employee became rude and condescending to me. I would not patronize this pharmacy ever aga
