Our experience with this pediatric practice raised serious concerns about responsiveness and patient care. We contacted the office Thursday night about a severe rash covering our child’s body and followed up again Friday morning when we had not received a response. My wife also called the office that day asking how we should proceed and was told the message was marked as “medium priority” and that someone would call us back later that day. No one ever called. By late Friday night we still had received no response or medical guidance, and the office was closing for the weekend. Being unable to reach your child’s pediatric provider for over 24 hours while dealing with a concerning medical issue is unacceptable. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Would not recommend Faith Ludwick. My child was struggling to breathe and she wanted to talk about vaccines.

We have been going to Roswell pediatrics for the last 10 years with our six girls. Dr. Burnham and Dr. Tolkan have taken excellent care of us, along with the office staff, nurses, and other doctors (and Gypsy of course ;)) who are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I’m able to find appointments quickly and rarely wait for in the waiting room for more than five minutes. The doctors have helped us with reflux, genetic conditions, urology issues, and learning difficulties, among other things. I’m thankful to have such great partners for keeping my kids healthy. 💜💜I recommend Roswell pediatrics to all my friends! 🥰

I live Roswell pediatrics. They work hard to get you same day appointments if needed. I rarely wait when I show up. Everyone is friendly from the front desk to the providers. Doctors and PA’s are kind, knowledgeable, and great listeners. I’ve been taking my kids here for the last 12 years and have never had a bad experience.
