This is a great dental practice! Dr. Allen and Dr. Ferrill are friendly and professional. I appreciate that this is a small practice and they really know their patients. There is no pressure to do any new-fangled procedures and they are very upfront and honest about dental work that needs to be done versus work you can wait on. I highly recommend.

I referred my brother in law here as I go here and love the people. Today the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude to my brother in law first, then to me. I refer to them as Lee Dental Lab because that’s who they were when I went. That is also how it is still found by people. This was the second person I referred there since my last visit October 21,2025. I love the dentist the assistants and have always gotten along with the front desk staff. The new lady at the front desk is extremely rude and is going to detour business from you. I personally will not come back if she is still there. This happened on 12/5/2025 at 3:30 pm. I asked to speak to the other lady at the front and she said she was the only person in office. The lady that used to be there was very nice and never rude,

I was able to get a last minute appointment for the next day. How amazing! My previous experiences with Dr Ferrell were amazing and Dr Allen comforted me before the procedure. The assistant, unfortunately I don’t remember her name. She was so sweet. Most people know about ‘dentist angst’ not me anymore. The administrative assistant was super sweet and amazing as well! Thank you all there! Five star rating!

Great service as always. Sorry I always have the hardest extractions but I’m always confident that the job will be done!! Rebecca is the best she made my visit very warming from start to finish. #TeamWork

Great visit . The doctor and his staff were very friendly and explained everything very well! Been going here since 1989 and it’s always a great experience!
