I’ve been going to Roswell Dental Smiles for a few years now, and every visit reminds me why I stay. Dr. Saranya Sakthivadivel provides truly exceptional care — she’s thorough, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Jackie and Andreina are amazing as well; they consistently make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. And Molli makes the insurance side so easy by clearly breaking down what my plan will cover before any treatment. The whole team is professional, kind, and genuinely invested in their patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Saranya is an excellent dental doctor who is highly professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. She explains every procedure clearly and makes sure patients feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Her gentle approach really helps reduce dental anxiety. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and organized, and the treatment quality is outstanding. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this practice. After having a completely dismissive, disappointing emergency visit with my regular dental office on Saturday, this office fit me in within an hour of calling on Monday. DR. Sakthivadival listened, and immediately was able to extract the tooth that was causing me excruciating pain. The receptionist and Andreina were equally thoughtful, caring and supportive through this process. I have found my new dentist!

I've always had a great experience with everyone here. I just had some fillings done and got an Occlusal Guard. Dr. Saranya and her team did a wonderful job! The procedure was painless and they took the time to adjust and make sure the new guard fit well. I highly recommend Roswell Dental Smiles!
