Isaac is amazing he is knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. His team is phenomenal; patient, kind, and dedicated to helping their patients. Alyssa, Candi and Julia are Top Tier. Everyone has played a major role in assisting with her transitioning to coming home. They made her feel welcomed and at home for the stay. We appreciate them and all the hard work they put in everyday.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY! My mother-in-law was recently at this Rehabilitation Center and it was a horrible experience. The facility smelled of urine, They try to cover up the smell by spraying air freshener in the hallways. The rooms are dirty, bathrooms shared by 4 people and again was disgusting. I had to ask numerous times for them to properly shower my mother-in-law and it was a week before she was showered and then showered by a male aid. Not appropriate at all. I would call each day to see how she was doing and was never able to speak to a nurse...NOT ONE TIME. Ashely, one of the receptionists, was not very pleasant on the phone, I felt like I was bothering her when I called. The food is awful. It comes in a carry out container that I wouldn't even feed m

The staff are lazy and unhelpful and show little care for the patients. My mother in law is currently a resident but we’re moving her this week. She was left in the dialysis room after her treatment and when the finally got her she was left in a chair outside of her room freezing under an AC vent. When I asked how long before someone can move her to her bed I was told they had to wait until after lunch because there’s only one person. Also I brought her some soup and ask could someone warm it up and was told the microwave was for employees only. The housekeeping staff didn’t clean her room or the restroom they just checked to see if they need soap or paper towels. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone and the staff needs to show a little compassion instead of laughing and chatting a

Terrible food. Had to take my mom in food regularly. Communication was an issue among staff. Some were great others not so much. Initially cleaning was an issue but after meeting with housecleaning manager it was resolved. A terrible noise would happen throughout the day/night. Absolutely no one could figure it out. Finally we got her moved to a different room. I could go on…. PT/OT were great. Mom had some incredible nurses. Definitely had to stay on top of things. Which became a full time job. Unsure how things would go for patients who have no one. Discharge was a joke. Everyone knew she was being discharged days before she was. At discharge prescriptions were not available so we were told the doctor would be notified and we would be contacted as soon as they were ready.

My mother has been here since the beginning of the year and the amount of care has dwindled significantly! We keep asking about showers dates (they are supposed to get one twice a week) because it’s been almost 8 weeks since she’s had a shower. For context, my mother suffered a life changing stroke so she has no to limited motion on the left side of her body. She can hardly use the bathroom herself. The facility was notified of her dietary restrictions and they continue to serve her foods that make her sick. I’ve also received complaints from other residents that the food is inedible and there are others that haven’t had a shower for 9 weeks!!! The patient care here is atrocious and negligent!
