I have been going to James for couple times now. He takes the time to talk with you and to understand your problems. He works with you, and the trouble spots on your body. And he talks with you on how you can improve yourselves by exercise and doing the stretches that he tells you to do. I recommend James for a good massage. He knows how to give you a deep tissue massage. I am very happy that I did. Thanks James
