This was my first massage ever and it was for lower back pain and right leg muscle spasm. Mary Beth was excellent. She created a relaxing and healing environment and really wanted to help me. One hour later my pain is gone. I am now at the gym training again without any pain! I highly recommend getting a treatment from Mary Beth!
