Ross Pharmacy

Terrible service. Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't sent my worst enemy to do buisness with this place. I called to inquire about a few medicines and before I can get my sentence out he just said. "We dont carry those things here" in a mean tone. He wasnt even nice about it. And he promptly hung up. He didnt even give me time to finish my sentence or ask about any other medicines. Its almost as if he was bothered by my patronage. I will be switching pharmacies. I prefer to do buisness with a reputable place that cares about their clients and treats them like decent humans. Instead of talking to us like dogs. I plan on making complaints to 311 as well.

They are a small pharmacy on church ave in Brooklyn. I’ve been using them for a while but honestly I’m at the point where I want to switch. The man who answers the phone is soo horrible… he is very rude and argumentative. I don’t understand how they speak to customers the way they do as if we aren’t the ones keeping them in business. The place isn’t clean, it’s very dated as well. They better realize that bigger pharmacies are in their vicinity soo take heed and treat your customers with more respect.

The pharmacist and George are AWESOME!! Ross pharmacy is one of the top pharmacies in Brooklyn, New York!!
