⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Ross Memorial. From the moment my mom arrived for rehab, the staff has taken exceptional care of her. Every nurse, therapist, and caregiver has treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. It gives us incredible peace of mind knowing she is in such capable hands. The communication has been clear and reassuring, and the level of attention she receives makes us feel confident that she is exactly where she needs to be. Ross Memorial has provided compassionate and empathetic care for my mom while she is there for rehab. The staff from the concierges, therapists, doctor, nurses, CNAs, laundry staff, housekeeping staff and kitchen staff have been wonderful. So, "kudos" to all who work at Ross Memorial. You are doing a great job. Ross Memorial follows a high standard that they are definitely maintaining. The place is very clean from the entrance, hallways, dining room to the client rooms. There is an outdoor area beautifully landscaped that is wonderful to seat outside on a beautiful day like we did today. The meals prepared are flavorful and appetizing. Dear Administration at Ross Memorial, I am writing to share my feedback regarding my brother’s recent stay at your facility. While I was asked to provide a five-star review within 24 hours of his arrival, my actual observations during his rehabilitation lead me to provide a three-star rating. I would have preferred to discuss these matters directly with the administration, but found the leadership team to be largely inaccessible. Please find my specific concerns and observations below: - Administration and Social Services: I was on-site for the majority of my brother’s stay, yet the administration and social workers were largely unavailable. Requests for meetings were directed toward conference calls rather than in-person discussions. - Patient Advocacy: It became clear that significant

My mom has had a terrific experience at Ross. She came here for rehabilitation after a major surgery, but she has received so much more than just physical therapy! The staff are warm and considerate. They have a lot of activities that make an otherwise challenging time much more enjoyable. They had a Valentines party tonight for the residents and family and they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Ross if you are looking for somewhere to entrust your loved one’s care.

Update: as of 1/23 - The most wonderful Concierge Ashley has been very helpful in providing information needed to complete my final review, I would like to thank Martina and Money they is very polite and accommodating. My nurse Cassandra Also very thorough with her service and knowledge. I would like to thank Roe in Physical therapy she has helped me heal in strengthening my upper body she is awesome. I would like to thank Ellen for encouraging me to go with a heavier weight and challenge me. Also, I would like to thank Evan she has been so encouraging also very friendly I would like tothank Deana for the great food that she has helpeme-prepare for meawful of protein that is helping heal me.
