We've never had to wait long, and all the staff we interact with is friendly. I got a same-evening sick appointment for my baby when I called, and the nurse consultation line and the lactation services are also helpful.

Honestly, I love the doctors we've seen. But the front desk staff and the nurse line are awful. I needed paperwork filled out and called the main number, pressed the correct prompts to get to the paperwork portion. The phone was answered by a nurse who said she was the only person on the the phone line. I totally get it, I was not demanding an answer from someone who does not typically work in that department. She told me I would need to call back, again something I was more than willing to do. I asked if she could suggest a time for me to call back and was told "I have no idea". I hung up frustrate me but now I'm far past the 48-72 hours I was told I'd need for paperwork to be filled out with 0 follow up.

Waited >1 hour to see the doc the last 3 appointment, in a row, but if you are 10 minutes late (or, in my case even if you are not late, but they take 10+ minutes checking you in) they make YOU reschedule. Combing through my son's chart I realize he has not seen the dame doc in the past 5 years (his online records only go back that far). Medical records have tons of errors and whenever we make a well visit checkup, the doctors rush through it as fast as they can. 1 hour wait + 5 minutes with a Provider = bill your insurance for a 30 minute visit. Not to mention they misdiagnosed my middle son and almost cost him his eyesight. Patterns of incompetence for years. We are finally leaving the practice.

Lisa Kernen is wonderful with my newborn son. I would recommend this office. ***Update I have now been using this office for 4 years. Lisa Kernen continues to be a fantastic pediatrician to my 4 year old and also my 1 year old. She will take phone calls or review photos if you are questioning if your child needs to be seen. She is always kind and caring to both of my sons. When my oldest son had a head injury she checked in on him and asked for periodic photo updates as well as checked him over when we were in for my youngest appointments. I have always loved the doctors and nurses at Roseville so very much and I still do, so it pains me to write a negative review. However, the current office policies do not follow LGH's core values of "Respect for the Individual" and "Service" at all. For almost a year now, they have had a very unreasonable policy for a pediatric office which prohibits parents from bringing any children to the appointment except for the child who is scheduled for an appointment. This means that when my 2-year-old has an appointment, my 4-year-old is not permitted to come, and vice versa. My husband works, and I have two children at home. If their concern is truly about Covid-19 and about children, it is actually safer for my children to stay with me than to take them to someone else's house. And it ob
