I came in as a new patient with my daughter. We did not have to wait, which is unusual. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They’re patient, kind and accommodating. We even had an instance where she needed to be squeezed in on a last minute switch of an appointment and they worked with us. My daughter goes to school an hour away so her appointment times are limited to Sundays, in the Williamsburg office. There are 2 locations, Boro Park and Williamsburg- they are both equally kind, patient and accommodating!! Getting braces can be a scary experience of the unknown, in addition to the follow up appointments being painful and frustrating, but with Dr. Rosenberg and staff my daughter actually looks forward to going!!
