I called to make an appointment with my dentist and ask for a referral and the receptionist was extremely nasty and condescending. That is no way to talk to a customer!! no wonder this place has such low ratings. I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. The dentists are lovely people but that receptionist needs to be replaced.

DO NOT GO HERE. All providers from the front desk to the dentist himself are negligent, rude and down right causing medical trauma.

Been trying to get a 2nd appointment here to get all the work recommended from the 1st appointment over a year ago but no one ever answers the phone and when I go by in person no is available to make an appointment with. Been trying for a year with no success!

I've been to them before and the dentist and front desk people are nice. The dentists are quick and easy. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars is because they are inconvenient. They are literally open 9am-5pm during the week. I believe they open earlier on Saturdays. But majority of people work 9am-5pm. Doctors and dentists should not be working the same hours as us regular working class BECAUSE we cannot afford to take off of work! They should open early so that people have the option to go before they go to work and stay open until 7pm so that people can have the opportunity to go after work. Not everyday during the week but they should have this option at least twice a week. So they need to work on that.

All the workers are polite the dentist was great, I would highly recommend this place 👌 😄
