Rosemont Pharmacy

I have had a great experience with this pharmacy for my fertility medication. This pharmacy was suggested to me by my fertility clinic, but I still shopped around to make sure I could find my medication at an affordable price. Even after shopping around at least 5 different pharmacies, this pharmacy had the best prices. I was helped by Danielle C. and she was very helpful and patient with me in answering all of my questions. Thank you so much!

I love this little pharmacy. They are still run like an old school local pharmacy. They have real humans that answer the phones and they care about your health and wellness and are just always so pleasant. They are close to my moms house so I always send my medication here when I know Ill be in the area to pick it up. They also have a great collection of cards and I just love supporting this business. The woman who checks you out is so kind and I hope they continue to survive and beat out all the CVS's and other pharmacies!

Unfortunately, the staff came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. The overall experience has been extremely frustrating, and the survey link not working only adds to that. I’m sure they have no intention on fixing that. If someone is unhappy in their role, it shouldn’t show in how they treat others. So far, every interaction I’ve had has been disappointing, and I’m honestly surprised that everyone I’ve interacted with here is still employed.

Rosemont Pharmacy is great! I wish they were closer to my home to be able to use them as my regular pharmacy. I spoke with Joanna regarding some medication I will be taking for the first time and she was extremely helpful! She took her time to go over details and options with me, and more importantly, I didn’t feel rushed to get off the phone. She was thorough with her explanations and went above and beyond my expectations!!! Joanna and Rosemont, you made this part of my journey less stressful and more hopeful. It sure is worth my hour drive to get this medication to be able to have such kind and caring individuals handling the medication and supporting me a long the way.
