We had a great experience at Bryn Mawr Orthodontics. The entire staff took such good care of my son. In our initial consultation with Dr. Conn, she was patient and answered all of my questions. I felt like she spoke to me - mom to mom - and that helped me to know that my son would be well taken care of here. Highly recommend!!!

I appreciated that Dr. Conn followed up with me when I had additional questions after our first visit. Scheduling appointments has been easy, and they've been incredibly patient and kind with my daughter, who is on the younger side. They take the time to explain each step of the appointment to her so she knows what to expect. The office is modern, equipped with up-to-date technology, and the kid-friendly design makes it a comfortable, welcoming place—she’s always excited to go in for her appointments. Highly recommend!

Dr. Conn and her team are amazing. They are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to carefully examine my daughter (who has some sensory sensitivities) and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the process. At our initial consult, they identified a less-common issue that other orthodontists had missed and were able to resolve it. Thanks to their extra time and care, my daughter will now avoid having teeth pulled, which had been recommended elsewhere. On top of that, they are easy to schedule with and offer great customer service. Highly recommend.

My daughter just got her braces off today, and she is over the moon! Throughout the entire process, Dr. Conn and her staff have been nothing short of amazing. They are professional, gentle, patient and all with great results. My daughter's typical pain tolerance is less than zero, and she never had a problem here - no pain! They made her feel comfortable and safe, and they did an adorable "red carpet" celebration for her on the way out. She is all smiles! Would most definitely recommend!
