Bryn Mawr Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy

My experience at BMSR was superb in every way. Scheduling is easy, the environment is supportive and fantastic (and free of cell phones!). Everyone there - therapists and patients alike- is working in a focused manner, and it’s a pleasure. Shanna is an incredible therapist! She helped me out of pain and back into strength with great care and attention. She gave me so many new exercises- I’m a yoga teacher, and this helped me so much personally and as a teacher. Dry needling was a revelation as well- amazing modality. I recommend BMSR unequivocally!

I have gone to Bryn Mawr Sports rehab off and on for the last 25 years. We have worked on shoulders, legs, balance and strength. All of the therapists assigned to me have been very good. I have recommended BMSR to several of my friends.

The PT at Bryn Mawr Sports Rehab was terrific. Everyone, from the receptionists to the PT coaches, are extremely helpful. My back feels totally recovered for now. If I need more PT in the future I would go back there for sure! Many thanks to all of you!

I spent 4 months at Bryn Mawr Sports Rehab and Physical Therapy working with Shanna. She is fantastic and helped me navigate terrible nerve pain to the point where I am pain-free now! She was supportive, a great listener, pivoted to try new things, has a positive and can-do attitude, and was a pleasure to interact with each appointment. I hope I don't have to return, but if I do, I know I will be in the best and super capable hands with Shanna!

I had 2 separate issues that brought me to BMSR this year. The first was an SI joint issue that was causing back pain. I worked with Shanna and James for 2 months. The second happened months later when I tore my miniscus playing tennis and did my post-surgery rehab with Erin and James. In both instances, I found Shanna, James and Erin were extremely attentive adn knowledgeable, asking questions and really listening to my answers so that they could determine which therapies would work best that day and moving forward. There is a wonderful, positive energy in the room considering most people are there because they are in so sort of pain. I can't recommend BMSR enough!
