Rosemont Care did sn exemplary job of caring for my aunt during the last year of her life. The staff is excellent.

I was DNR for asking the scheduler to resolve my sent home! Literally I wasn’t rude or anything she blocked me for asking for account help. This filthy place is because of your management! No one should be blocked for asking for account help! Ridiculous behavior and unethical conduct.

Staff is friendly and attentive they go the extra mile for their clients. Very warm and welcoming. They really care for my mother. She especially enjoyed the food and music. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. I'm deeply thankful for each one of the staff!

Rosemont Facility- NEVER!!!! My brother who suffered a major stroke, was sent there after leaving the hospital, to receive skilled nursing care. This place was the dirtiest and worst ever. Some staff members were attentive and did their best, however, others were just downright rude and unattentive. Everytime, I had a question or concern, I always felt like I was being a bother. There was one particular staff member who is responsible for meds and patients offsite doctors appointments, who always exudes attitude. I decided to discharge my brother. I gave 30 days notification and began to do all that was required for his discharge on July 31st. I felt like I was extracting a tooth in obtaining prescriptions and other paperwork. Again same staff member was very uncooperative and never met

I, Lawanda Mason-Howard have something I would like to share with you. During the Holidays could be stressful at times. I would like to Thank my fellow employees as well as our volunteers. I had placed an "Angel Tree" within our facility so that each resident will be able to receive a present on Christmas Day. All the "Angels" were picked off the tree by the 20th of December. Angels are here and an" Angel" is in you. I am Thankful to have such a genuine staff and a genuine set of Volunteer's of Rosemont. Thank you So Much... Lawanda
