I had terrible experience. I feel students and faculty are very disrespectful as they use you as practice material. Students really do not know what are they doing. They practiced on you and this is very appalling. Besides their prices went substantially up and comparable with professional dentists. The total waste of time. Very upset.

Life savor! In-law came visit us, uninsured, does not speak or understand English, suffered from cavities for several days and could not bear no more, no where to get walk-in treatment. We were so lucky to get checked in for exam, and even luckier they have time to do the treatment. in-law could not bite down to take xray and they tried multiple workarounds, extremely patient, nice and sweet! During diagnosis they even explained to my 9 year old son how cavities work and all the Knowledge of teeth, he learned a lot! All of these calmed my in-law down, btw they even have mandarin speaker to help translate everything. I have ptsd on the anesthetization cause my dentist always does it in a rush, it has always been extremely painful, but here, I really appreciate their patience again, in

I have been coming here for basic dental work for just over a year. I came in today- was sorely disappointed…. got called an hour before the appointment to see if I wanted to reschedule because I was coming “too soon”. I didn’t know there was a time frame I had to extend out to clean my damn teeth. They kept the app and I came in. The student (who did an amazing job, this isn’t on him at all) explained he wouldn’t even have time to clean my teeth because the desk scheduled him another appt an hour after mine. So we did the exam and NOT the cleaning. I have to get braces on next month and was hoping to have clean teeth before that. Then at check out they said I need to renew my roseman membership- awesome I said let’s do it. It’s 20$/year! The the receptionist asks “do you have insurance?”

This clinic is great! Students are awesome and timely. All the staff is helpful and nice. Been going here for a long time.

Good place for people to learn dentistry and you can get a cheaper rate on the jobs that you would get at a private practice
