Foundation Physical Therapy- South Jordan

I worked with Foundation Physical Therapy both before and after my hip arthroscopy for FAI, and I truly can’t say enough good things about Brent and Missy. Everett and Allison were great too. Pre-op, Brent helped me manage significant hip pain and prepared my body for surgery in a way that made a huge difference. His guidance and steady reassurance during that phase were exactly what I needed. I went into surgery stronger and more confident because of the work we did. Post-op, Missy was incredible. Her expertise in pelvic floor therapy was especially meaningful to me after postpartum trauma, and she seamlessly integrated that care into my hip recovery. After almost a year of PT here, I just graduated and can honestly say this is an incredible team. Caroline was my primary therapist and she was fantastic- patient, knowledgeable, and really encouraging through the whole process. I also worked with Tiani, Aleks, and Missy, and they were all wonderful to work with. They focus on real progress and strength, not just quick fixes, and made me feel supported the entire time. I’m so thankful for the care I received here and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Really good place to get your physical therapy from, the doctors here are very nice and they always appreciate the extra effort you put in while you are here. I’ve been here for a few different reasons but mostly due to my legs. I would recommend them to anyone that needs it 10/10 experiences so far. It’s been great working with them in my journey to recover my legs

Excellent experience! I was in so much pain before coming into therapy but Alek was so patient and encouraging and within weeks I was feeling better! Alek set me up with an exercise program to keep me moving after completing therapy to keep me moving which will be so helpful! I would recommend Foundation to everyone and will return if I have a need in the future !

Foundation Physical Therapy is a great place to go. My strength and balance has improved. I’m happy about my progress. The friendly clinicians and staff are all great! Love the warm packs at the end of each P. T. appointment. It’s fun to go there.
