When the insurance company says this is the rudest pharmacy they've ever dealt with ... that's saying something. I keep going back here because they're in town, but good glory, there is a problem every time I come in. Total refusal to own their mistakes and placing blame on the insurance company or the doctor when it's their own fault. They had a new, lovely lady working there earlier this fall that tricked me into thinking things were better there, but I was wrong. This place has gone completely downhill since Jay left and it's a shame that we have a local hometown pharmacy that has the worst customer service ever.

Very rude customer service. No one answered my call in a proper way, ending me to stop by the store. So unprofessional staff.

I went in there today to drop off a package, and a Hispanic looking woman with light lavender top behind the counter was very rude and gave me a suspicious stare. I will make sure no one I know will do business with this pharmacy store.
