Dr. Gross is the best!! He goes above and beyond and is always eager to help. I got my hearing aid with him five years ago and he has helped me out a lot ever since whenever i had an issue. I strongly recommend him.

I’ve seen Dr Gross for nearing 20 years, with the exception of 3 where I switched audiologists due to moving and needing new aids. Big mistake. Ever since I bought new ones through a different audiologist, I’ve hated them, and have been so uncomfortable. My new audiologist could not fit me properly. I went back to Dr Gross to see if he could help and within 5 minutes after connecting them, I was hearing “normally” for the first time since leaving him. Having a unique hearing loss and being where I am in life (full time job, kids, social life…), I need someone amazing. Dr Gross never disappoints, my little audiologist experiment is over and I will never consider going to anyone else.

My dad’s been treating with Dr. Gross for hearing loss for a few years. Dr. Gross fitted him for hearing aid molds and upon receipt of the new aids, my dad hearing increased 100%. He was extremely happy being able to hear again. The simplicity of inserting the hearing aids made a big difference from others he’s had in the past. They were easy to insert and perfect for him. It was such a pleasure dealing with Dr. Gross and his friendly staff. I give it a 10/10.

A doctor as good as Dr. Alan Gross maybe comes along once in a lifetime. His generosity is unmatched. He is a caring, down to earth person whose mission truly seems to be a want and willingness to help people. Because of him I have heard sounds I’d never have a chance to hear without his help. I cannot find enough words to thank him and recommend anyone who is dealing with hearing loss to go see him asap.
