Dental care was great. But the front desk would not send an email of an xray they already attempted to send via fax. Yes, my request was last minute. I called the day before when they were already closed when I realized my new office did not receive faxes. I explained it would help me save a lot of money for them to send the email before noon that day. I get that a receptionist is very busy; I used to work as a receptionist for a medical clinic. But considering the circumstances and the fact the xray was already ready to send from a previous attempt, for her to say she was too busy was blatantly false. I always put my best foot forward to be polite and understanding as I have empathy for the work receptionists do. But in this case, because the receptionist didn't feel like sending an email

I have been going to this dentist for a couple of years and he has always been nice and not psuhy trying to up sell you. He recommends and then you decide. I am now starting to do the work he recommended a couple of years ago. And even though I went back for cleaning and other stuff never did he push and now I can afford to do the work that needs to get done. I like him and the staff.

Had work at Rosedale dentist in 2018 and doctor Saucedo recommended i remove all my old filings and get new ones. He completed the dental work and filings he replaced my old filings with have not been able to keep up. Ive returned twice for repairs and today i went again. He stated that its my fault and he would Have to bill a whole new visit with xrays and cleaning to bill my insurance. I dont want him to touch my mouth and only want him to repair the mess he has created. Unprofessional, bad ethics and horrible products.

This office is one of the best in the area. Dr. Saucedo and Kathy have the best service care. They are attentive and caring towards all the patients. Thank you!

very friendly and receptionist always greets you and everyone is very nice and patient. the doctor is really nice and caring .
