Gold Coast Dental - Azusa

Came in for a crown and thought all was well, so I booked an appointment for a root canal. Was told it was going to be “$1,365.00.” I paid $150, came in today, and suddenly they said the price was way too low and that they had to charge me “$2,300.00” at least. Then the front desk gave horrible attitude and told me it was my fault for not reading the back that said it was an estimate. They even said maybe they could “meet me in the middle.” I asked why the price suddenly changed and they said, “Oh, the person who gave you the price didn’t put in all the codes.” Very, very unprofessional. I own a business. You do not give someone a price, take their money, and then change the damn price the day of the service. Very scammy and I do not recommend. Went in today for my first appointment at this office and everyone was so so great and nice, Adam greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me with my paperwork. Then Jessica took me back for my X-rays and we talked the whole time. Dr. Basel took at look at my teeth and helped me with taking off my old Invisalign resin. Then shaved off the chips on my two front teeth. It was such a great appointment everyone was so kind and friendly 100/10 recommend!

Gold Coast Dental Azusa is fantastic in every way! My husband and I took our 25 year old son, who is physically handicapped, for a deep scale cleaning and to have 2 cavities filled. He dreads dental appointments and gets very anxious. The staff put all of us at ease and were so compassionate and helpful. Booking the appointment, which included planning to accommodate his physical challenges, was easy and we were able to complete patient paperwork ahead of time. The hygienist and doctor were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent care. Billing was explained and fair. My son said, "that was so much better than I thought it would be, everyone was so nice!" This will be our go to dental office for years to come! Thank you GOLD COAST DENTAL AZUSA!
