Rosebank Pharmacy

Rosebank Pharmacy is a great neighborhood spot in Staten Island! The staff is excellent—friendly, professional, and helpful (shoutout to Marie and Kim—they went above and beyond when I got my COVID booster and flu shot here). Quick service, reliable prescription fills, and they handle insurance/Medicaid smoothly. Delivery option is convenient too. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get a little busy during peak times with short waits, but the personal care and community feel make it worth it. 4 stars—highly recommend this local gem!

Rosebank Pharmacy is a highly respected staple of the community for generations. Family owned and operated, they are known for their "old-school" quality approach to serving the various neighborhoods of Staten Island. Flo' and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Providing excellent, knowledgeable care, achieving customer satisfaction across the board. (During COVID, they made a positive impact by providing easily accessible testing and vaccinations, giving a sense of safety and reassurance during those dark days.) One of my favorite movies is called “It’s a Wonderful Life.” A pharmacy in Bedford Falls, New York, figures prominently in this Christmas classic. The pharmacy is where young George works as an adolescent for Mister Gower. Well, we have such a magical place here on Staten in the Rosebank Pharmacy. The pharmacists: There is Flo— I call her Florence Nightingale, because, dear reader, she saved my life. (Her dad was also a pharmacist here.$ Kim will listen to your every woe. Pat gives a great vaccine shot. Aly, a very handsome young man—incredibly unassuming—happens to be the owner. Generic drugs all chosen with the working man in mind. I genuinely love coming here and filling my prescriptions. Anytime I’ve had to go to a big chain pharmacy I’m constantly getting the run a around when it comes to either getting a prior authorization sent back to my doctor or a new refill request or even sometimes when i used to fill at big chain pharmacies they would make me call my own insurance company to ask them questions as to why my prescription can’t be filled. But at Rosebank the pharmacists and the technicians go above and beyond to make filling my prescriptions easy and quick! Best pharmacy ever!!

The pharmacy is very well-organized, and I’ve never had to wait long for my prescriptions to be filled. Even during busier times, they keep everything running smoothly. They also offer convenient options like text alerts when your medication is ready for pickup, which has been a lifesaver for my busy schedule. You can even tell the technician’s are willing to take their time with you and that’s what i love about the business the best!! Will continue filling my prescriptions here!
