Rose Rock Pharmacy

I highly recommend Colby, Abby, and the rest of his staff. I have been using this pharmacy for over a year now as they package my dad’s medication in labeled blister packs by day ( and time of day) to help my dad stay on track with his medication. They are very responsive by phone or by text, and are very helpful when medication changes occur. This pharmacy and staff definitely excel in excellent customer service. We have purchased some great gifts there for our grandchildren, also.

Can't praise Colby the owner and pharmacist enough for helping me navigate my newly diagnosed AlphaGal allergy. The pharmacy is well managed and has a hometown feel. I was hesitant about not having an actual website to review my scripts but they've managed everything very smoothly plus text to make sure I don't have any questions and let me know when things are ready. They're also compounding pharmacy, which is a great asset to have close by. The drive-thru is pretty nice too, which I never have to wait in very long. Unlike some of the big box places in the area.

Colby and his team are the absolute best. In the world of big box domination and PBM controlled medical care, Rose Rock is a blessing. They actually care about their customers/ patients and actively work with us when we get prescriptions or are looking for some savings. It is so nice having a local pharmacy I can work with and yet they also have some modern services like an app for reordering and texting. Seriously can’t say enough good things.

This has by far been the best pharmacy I've used since moving to the area- maybe even the best pharmacy I've ever used! Their customer service is top notch! I needed a compounded prescription filled and the pharmacist himself called me to fill me in on the steps to getting it filled. He called me back when he said he would AND when I picked it up, he came to the window himself to give me the dosage directions. GREAT GREAT PLACE! Highly recommend!

This was my 1st visit to rose rock pharmacy, in which i had to find a new pharmacy because of me and my wife relocating to this area.these people and owner are some of the most helpful and polite folk,I have encountered in a long time.they were very informative to me about making new profiles,and very knowledgeable and helpful with our insurance. Couldn't of found a better place.
