First thing I noticed when walking through the door was the warm atmosphere and kindness in this intimate yet professional setting. I was immediately greeted with excellent customer service and genuine care. Top to bottom my experience was outstanding and I have returned multiple times with inquiries that are always met with haste to provide solutions for. Pauline and Celeste are amazing and honestly if I was in this profession, this would be the place I'd wish to work in any capacity. Dr. Tran went above and beyond in showing me pictures of my eyes and explained aspects I previously had no knowledge of. I’m a new patient at this optometrist and I felt so very cared for here. Dr. Tran is thorough, and helped me with an issue I didn’t know I had. The staff goes above and beyond in to make sure my eyes are healthy. This office also gives back to the local community and feels like a safe, inclusive place.

I ordered my contacts from them october 16th. I paid! It is now november 13th! I called about a week ago asking for an update. I was told they emailed them and were waiting for a response because the wait time on the phone was too long. It’s now been ANOTHER week waiting for them to answer/return my calls and ive called 6 times this week! I’ve received no updates! I shouldn’t have to come into the business just to get a response. This is horrible communication. They even have a texting service they have and ive gotten responses from them previously just all of a sudden now im asking about my contacts that i PAID FOR nobody knows nothing.

Honestly their customer service is really bad. Most of the people there are unsmiling, curt and just not especially helpful or welcoming including the doctor and especially the front desk person. The only person that was nice was the young assistant. The doctor gave me a guilt trip about my son not wearing his glasses. I would definitely change clinics if it wasn't right by my house.
